Ever feel your website looks too boxy? Naturally your DIV containers are rectangles by default and it’s hard to avoid the boxy appearance. I decided to create a set of border frames to help create more decorative and interesting designs.
The designs range from simple and modern to decorative and vintage frames. These are great for labels, call-out boxes, CTAs, and spotlights. I recommend using them with aspect ratio of 3:2 and placing them as a background-image with background-size: contain. Lastly, just make sure you have comfortable padding in your container and minimal content to avoid overflow outside the frame.
Let me know if you create any cools designs with these!
